Key Responsibilities

Handle service inquiries, schedule appointments, explain repair work to customers, provide accurate cost estimates, follow up on service progress, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service journey.

Requirements

Good technical knowledge of automobiles, excellent communication and customer service skills, prior experience in automotive service advisory preferred, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
