Job Overview
Unitek General Contracting LLC is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile construction projects across Abu Dhabi. This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership and hands-on project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial fit-outs and facility management projects from planning to handover. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience in construction, Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of UAE construction regulations.
