Job Overview
Twaddan L.L.C is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in Umm Al Quwain. You will be instrumental in shaping a productive, professional, and well-organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, policy implementation, and HR compliance. You will also provide strategic HR advisory to management.
Requirements
Strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, proven experience in HR management, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
